Wife Cries Out After Finding Her Death Certificate In Her Husband's Car.

A death certificate is supposed to be issued after an individuals demise, well not in the case of this Lagos based wife, nurse, and mother of 4.


According to a post made online by OAP, Toke Makinwa, A certified nurse, wife, and mother of 4 was in shock and couldn't believe her eyes when she saw what seems to be proof that she has died in her husband's car.

According to the surprised wife, everything has been going on fine in her home until her husband, who is a dentist in one of the Government hospital in Lagos started having extra marital affairs with a lady who is said be be in her 30's.

Before the unwholesome relationship, the couple have been saving and planning towards relocating to the United States as soon as their eldest child completes his primary education.

All their plans were shattered on Friday night when her husband got home late, as usual, fell asleep in the early hours of Saturday.

The  wife is said to have driven his car to a nearby gas station to top up on fuel, only to stumble on an envelope, which she reluctantly opened.

Alas! In the envelope was his passport, with a US visa stamp, which she was unaware of. The international passport of his mistress, which also had a US visa stamped already. A copy of his visa application form, and the most shocking; her death certificate.

Attached to her death certificate was a wedding certificate of himself and his mistress. He had married her and was planning to relocate withe her.

In his application form, he has rightly stated that he had 4 children but their mother, his ex wife was late.

Sharing her experience, the Shocked woman said, she almost ran mad, she did not know what to do. She made copies of the documents she found and kept the originals back in the envelope where she saw it.

The dejected mom now is reaching out to the public for advice on what she should do.
Should she just accept the wickedness and betrayal from her husband and move on?
