Family Of 5 Dies Of Food Poisoning In Okija

 Ndieke Umuatuegwu, Okija was thrown into shock when a family of 5 died as a result of food 

poisoning.

It is said that the husband who works as an Okada rider had returned home 

from work on that ill fated day, had dinner with his family which was the norm in their home.

Few hours later, he started vomitting blood and lost consciousness.

Before they could rush him to the hospital, his son started complaining of 

stomach ache.

They all died one after the other, Ironically the wife who prepared the 

food survived that evening.

According to our source, the wife slumped and died few days later as she 

could not bear the agony of loosing all her family.

Autopsy report confirmed the family died of food poisoning, the police are conducting investigation to ascertain the circumstances that led to them ingesting the poison.

what a tragedy! there is more to this story than meets the eye.
