The news of the married woman who packed her SUV along the 3rd mainland bridge and jumped into the Lagoon first surfaced on Sunday, since then there has been conflicting reports of what led to the incident.
Few hours after the news broke, the identity of the woman- a US based married mother of 3, was flying around. Less than 24 hours later, LASMA issued a statement that the body of the victim was yet to be recovered, that the ford edge SUV pictured at the scene did not belong to the victim, but to a good Samaritan who tried to salvage the situation, sighting a woman dive into the lagoon.
Yesterday, there was a video of the alleged lover of the married woman who duped her huge sums of money, and blackmailed her to taking her own life. The video clearly showed the man being arrested in the hospital, background discussion from the video suggest the man checked into the hospital to evade arrest when he heard of the aftermath of his blackmail.
Well, today the purported dead woman cried out via her IG, that she was not dead, admitting that she did commit adultery, was blackmailed and arrested her ex lover, but was not the one who jumped into the lagoon.
She went further to inform her followers, the case was in court, and she was doing fine. Her well wishers where quick to refer her to the viral photos of her and the man alleged to be her lover, even tagging her in a video of the same man in hospital, being arrested because of the incident.
