Woman Exposes Her Best friend Who Used Her Son For Rituals, To Get More Customers

A woman whose identity would not be revealed for legal reasons (in this article, we will refer to her as Mrs A)   has confessed to the pastor of her church how she accompanied her best friend to a traditional doctor in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, to seek spiritual assistance.

According to the information we received, her friend who works at one of the High courts in Nigeria and also deals on textile in wholesale, owning a very large shop in one of the busiest markets in the State, approached Mrs A to accompany her to a shrine which she obliged.

She was going to use the opportunity to ask the ''baba'' to look into issues that was threatening her marriage and seek help for her your sister living overseas.

On the day they would embark on the journey, she got ill and was going to cancel the appointment, but when her friend arrived at her home at about 5:30am, she could not bring herself to ''disappointing'' her friend, she said.

Throughout the journey, she got off the bus more than 3 times to use the loo, finally they arrived in the Town, boarded a taxi, which took them to the shrine, it seemed all taxi drivers and motorcycle (okada) riders knew the location, they only mentioned the name of the ''baba'' and didn't have to give any further description.

When they arrived, there were about 6 persons who have travelled from different parts of the country to see the native doctor, she remembers meeting a couple there, who came from the same city as her.

Finally it got to their turn, the traditional doctor, for a fee, narrated her past, present, future, even mentioning why she was there and how she fell sick of diarrhoea because the enemies were trying to stop her from making it to Ijebu. He told her about the lady who was having an affair with her husband, what caused the crisis in her marriage; he was going to ''do something'' that would make the strange woman leave her husband, and also send some creams, soap and ''rain water'' to her sister abroad, which is supposed to make her sister find favour in her line of business.

She said she did not pay attention to what her best friend was being told, she was in and out of the shrine, when the baba what consulting the oracle for her.

He gave them (Mrs A and her best friend) a list of things to buy, to perform various sacrifices, the list was passed to one of his wives, alongside thousands of Naira, who went to the nearby market to purchase the items.

Few hours later, the wife arrived with a bag, filled with fetish items, from chameleon, tortoise, cowries, e.t.c.

After the rituals, they travelled back to base, same day, arriving their city at the dead of the night.
Few weeks later, her best friend informed Mrs A, her last child was ill, he was in the hospital, he had suddenly lost the ability to use his hand, legs, and mouth.

He was in the hospital for 6 weeks, the doctors had tried all they could, they could not diagnose what was wrong with the youngster, he was medically fit, but physically....

Her friend requested Mrs A accompanies her, one more time to baba at Ijebu-Ode, she was going to pay the fares, she only wanted to be with a friend, since she was taking her sick son along with her.

To her surprise, when they arrived at baba's shrine, he did not allow the child be taken into the compound. They were stopped by one of his wives's by the gate, and ordered to drop the little boy there.

When they met with baba, without emotions, he told them ''the gods has eaten that one oh, or did you not see how the gods have been blessing your business, how your customers have increased''?

''goose bump was all over me, i almost peed on my pants, i was scared my child would probably be next, since we both went there few months ago to seek for spiritual help''.

''My best friend was speechless, i summoned  courage to ask baba, what we are to do, he said nothing, that when the gods asked my  friend if she was willing to give them something to get their blessings, she accepted''.

''Our journey home which took about 3 hours, seemed like 12 hours, we did not speak with each other, the bus stopped at the park, and i went home, i haven't spoken with her since then'' Mrs A Narrated.

For fear of the same that has befallen her friend becoming her fate, she rushed to a church, known to always pray the ''fire-die'' prayers, for deliverance, where she confessed to the deliverance minister and the presiding  pastor what had happened.

Our source informed STB team that Mrs A despite completing her deliverance and compulsory fasting, she  still reports to church daily just to pray at the alter.
