Suspected Human Trafficker Die In Napoli, Italy As A Result Of Oba's Curse

The death of an Edo State indigene residing in Napoli, Italy, and two others, have been recorded, following the curse placed on human traffickers and criminals by the Benin Monarch.

The victim whose identity was withheld in a publication made by Vanguard Nigeria, is an established human trafficker, well known within the Edo community in Europe.

The deceased  is said to own an apartment (brothel) where young girls are stationed for the purpose of prostitution.

The victim is said to have flouted the curse issued  by Oba Ewuare 11 of Benin Kingdom, on any indigene who henceforth engaged in the act of human trafficking, insisting that his girl pay up the agreed amount imposed on them prior to their departing Nigeria.

The deceased is said to have mysteriously suffered from headache, and was subsequently taken to an hospital where he died on Sunday.
The partner of the victim, identified simply as Queen is also reportedly down with an unidentified sickness and currently in a hospital in Napoli.

The duo were said to have queried the ability of the curse issued by the Monarch to produce it's desired result, hence have continued in the illicit trade, unbothered.

When reporters reached out to Edo born talk show host, Edwin Idahosa, for more information about the death, the latter confirmed the suspected trafficker had died as a result of the curse, he kept collecting money from his ss$x slaves, refusing them freedom, even after the monarch's curse. He went further to state that, his girlfriend, Queen is currently laying critically ill in the hospital for the same reason.

In a similar vein, two suspected armed robbers were found dead in their abode at Useh quarters, Ogida barracks, Benin City. The suspects are reported to have died in their sleep, after returning from a robbery operation.

Speaking on the incident, Mr. Solomon Okoduwa, member of the Edo State Task Force Against Human Trafficking and Illegal Migration, stated that his agency was aware of the death of the notorious human trafficker in Italy. He also used the opportunity to warn Edolites who are into the business to desist from such act or risk the consequences of the curse issued by the Monarch.

He emphasised the potency of the Oba's curse, adding that effort is being made to locate the family members of the deceased trafficker back home in Edo State, and also to alert the Italian police, in a bid to free the girls enslaved at the brothel.
