Three whole avocados 

Wash ripe avocados in warm water to get rid off any dirt

Place avocado in a pan of water and bring to boil under low heat.

Allow avocado to cook thoroughly until the skin gives off its natural color.

Allow drink to cool down before storing in an airtight container.

The avocado drink can be refrigerated for later use.

Take a glass of avocado daily, before breakfast for visible results.

Please note that this is not a quick fix. While taking the avocado drink, remember calorie deficit is the ultimate measure for weight loss.
