Her Mother Removed Both Of Her Hands Over Witchcraft

Wonders they say, shall never end. This is a pathetic story of a young woman, Gloria Smart whose both hands were reportedly amputated by her mother, over witchcraft.

Gloria who now struggles to live a normal life, was a beautiful and vibrant young woman living with her parents. Her mother who is said to be behind her ordeal confessed to witchcraft after her attack on Gloria.

The unfortunate incident happened at Gloria’s family home, where she shared with both parents. The young woman woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom which is located behind the house. She asked her father for torchlight, which her father said was with her mother and asked that she accompanies Gloria.

Getting to the entrance of the toilet, Gloria’s mom is said to have aimed a machete at Gloria’s head, which she blocked with her hands.

“We don k1ll you for witchcraft coven spiritually since, we chop you. I nor know why you still dey alive. I go finish you for physical” Gloria’s mom is alleged to have said.

Hearing his daughter scream for help, Gloria’ father ran out of the passage house where they live towards the toilet, to find his daughter’s hands on the floor and his wife with a machete.

The young woman was rushed to two hospitals, which rejected her due to the severity of her injuries.

She was taken back home by her father and kept in a room to peacefully d1e. Three days later the lucky woman with a determination to live, kept calling on her father to please take her to the hospital, that she would survive. She had already survived without food, water, or first aid for three days since the att@ck.

Her father had compassion on her, took her to the Delta State teaching hospital, where she stayed admitted for three months. Her mother is said to have ended her existence upon realizing what she did to Gloria.

Although her injuries are healed and scars remain, Gloria now lives alone with her father, trying to carry on with her life.
