1 litre clean water
1 large lemon
Honey - optional

Place 5 medium size onion in a sauce pan, pour 2-3 cups of clean, drinking water.
Allow to boil in medium heat with 30 minutes.
Cut one large lemon in halves into content and  allow to sit over night.
Pour in an air tight container, refrigerate.
Drink two cups daily, day and night. You may add a natural sweetener; honey to improve taste.
